Original photographs and original studio-created elements published on this website are © Luminary Studios. Third-party character names, designs, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. All rights in Luminary Studios' original material are reserved unless a separate written license says otherwise.
Permission to use an image.
Viewing or downloading a Luminary Studios photograph or other original material does not grant permission to reproduce, modify, sell, publish, train a model with, or use that material commercially. Contact Luminary Studios before any use outside ordinary viewing and linking.
Required credit.
An approved use must follow the terms in its written permission. Unless those terms specify another credit, use “© Luminary Studios · luminarystudiosph.com.”
Collectors and press.
Collectors may photograph their own commissioned piece freely. Press and editorial use needs written permission first — send the outlet, context, and which images you need. Most requests get an answer within two business days.
