Full Repaint
A complete new finish when the original paint is not worth preserving. New color calls, shading, highlights, details, eyes, surface treatment, and protective coat.
Figure Repainting · Philippines
A good figure can arrive flat, muddy, too glossy, or nothing like the reference. I strip the finish back to its decisions, then rebuild the color, depth, and character by hand.
What changes
A complete new finish when the original paint is not worth preserving. New color calls, shading, highlights, details, eyes, surface treatment, and protective coat.
Realistic, cel-shaded, manga-inspired, weathered, monochrome, cleaner, darker, or closer to a specific source. The sculpt stays. The visual language changes.
Faces, skin tones, eyes, armor, cloth, weapons, or other areas that pull the whole figure down. Sometimes the right fix is smaller than a full repaint.
What I need
Start with photos. Front, back, both sides, close shots of the face, and any damage or finish problem. Include the reference you want me to match and tell me what currently bothers you.
I will tell you whether the piece needs a full repaint, a focused correction, repair first, or no intervention at all. Not every figure benefits from more paint.

The process
I inspect the photos, identify the work, and flag risks such as brittle parts, unknown coatings, glued joints, or existing damage.
Once the figure arrives, I document its condition, disassemble only where safe, clean the surface, mask, sand, and prime as needed.
Brush and airbrush work build the finish in layers. You receive progress photos before the final protective coat locks decisions in.
The piece is cured, checked, photographed, and packed for pickup or shipping. Moving parts and delicate projections get special handling.
I can repaint small figures and large statues, but condition matters. If the material, damage, or old coating makes the job unsafe, I will say so before your piece travels.
Start with photos
Send clear images, the size, the target look, and your location. I will tell you what the repaint actually needs.
