When you inquire about a commission — through the site's commission form or by email — you share your name, email address, project details, reference images, and shipping country. This information is used only to discuss your project, prepare your private quote, share production updates, and deliver your finished piece.

There are no user accounts on this site and no on-site checkout. Payment details are handled directly by the payment providers you choose (such as PayPal, Wise, or bank transfer) under their own privacy policies — this website never sees or stores your card numbers.

This site uses Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand aggregate visits — which pages are viewed and how visitors navigate. Clarity masks text inputs by default. These tools set cookies in your browser. The site also uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-less.

Analytics data is used only to improve the website. It is never sold, rented, or shared with data brokers.

Beyond the studio itself, your information goes only where a commission requires it: couriers (DHL Express or FedEx Priority) receive your name, delivery address, and phone number so your piece can be shipped and insured; payment providers process your payment under their own policies.

Luminary Studios does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information — ever.

You can ask what information the studio holds about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email [email protected] and it will be handled personally — usually within a few days.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though analytics simply won't record your visit.

Inquiry correspondence is kept while it is relevant to a current or past project — collectors often return for a second piece years later. Analytics data is retained according to each provider's defaults. If you ask for deletion, it is deleted.
