A clear path to December
The slot count describes production capacity. It does not replace a quote or guarantee a delivery date before the scope is confirmed.

Send the references
Include the subject, target size, finish, budget range, destination, and the date the piece needs to arrive.

Confirm the scope
Agree on the form, base, materials, revisions, payment schedule, and the production date before work begins.

Reserve the slot
A paid deposit reserves one of the nine full commission places. An inquiry alone does not hold a place in the queue.

Review and receive
Follow work-in-progress photos through sculpting, cleanup, painting, and finishing. Pickup or shipping is arranged around the completed piece.
Planning note: Earlier briefs give more room for complex bases, likeness work, revisions, packing, and international shipping.
