Photos into a stylized figure
Combine photos with a preferred illustration or anime style. Agree on which facial features, hairstyle, clothing, and expression should remain recognizable. The Kobe × Sanji project shows one completed character reinterpretation; your likeness and style are scoped individually.
VTubers and creator avatars
A 2D reference sheet is enough to start. Use the VTuber and mascot figure service for a physical version of an original avatar, with pose, base, and painted details agreed for your display.

Start with the person, pet or character you have in mind. We can work out references, size, deadline and the details that matter after your first message.
Design
We agree on the pose, proportions, materials, base, and finish. For a digitally sculpted piece, you review sculpt renders before fabrication. The proposal defines the approval checkpoints and revision scope.
Build
The piece may be hand-sculpted, digitally sculpted and printed, built in mixed media, or made through a combination of methods. The idea chooses the process.
Finish
Cleanup, primer, skin, fabric, shadows, eyes, small accents, and protective coats. The paint carries more of the final feeling than most people expect.
