Start with your character and the idea for the figure. When available, add the details that must stay exact, a target height, and pose or expression references. Base logos, companion props, and translucent effects can be assessed as part of the brief. The design and feasible finish are agreed before production.

Do I need a 3D model to commission a VTuber figure?
No. A character sheet, 2D artwork, model screenshots, or turnaround views can start the discussion. Missing angles and details are resolved during the design stage. The deliverable is a physical display figure, not a digital avatar or rig.
Can you include a logo base or translucent details?
Include those ideas in your brief, together with references and the target size. Logos, props, and translucent effects are assessed for fabrication and finish before they become part of the agreed scope.
Will I review the design before fabrication?
For a digitally sculpted commission, you review sculpt renders before fabrication. The proposal defines the approval checkpoints and revision scope, with progress photos during the build and painting.
Can you work from a VRM or 3D model?
Yes, if you can provide usable screenshots, turnarounds, or reference images. The commission converts the design into a physical display piece.
Can I order a fan-made character?
Send the references and explain the intended use. One-off personal commissions and commercial releases have different rights requirements.
Can you make a batch for my channel?
Quantity, licensing, production method, and schedule need a separate commercial scope. This page defaults to a one-off display figure.
