D&D / TTRPG FIGURE COMMISSION · MANILA
Luminary Studios builds one-of-one D&D and TTRPG character figures from character sheets, portraits, and conversations, then finishes each surface by hand in Manila. Paint is the art. Collector work — not licensed merch, not a catalog miniature line.
Use this path when the brief is a player character, NPC, or tabletop design you have the right to commission as a display piece.
Players
Translate a character sheet, portrait, or token into a painted figure with the pose, gear, and silhouette of that design.
Collectors
This is display sculpture, not a painted army and not a trophy run. Commission the character you actually play.
Gift planners
Plan around class, kit, scale, finish, budget, and deadline. The homepage form is how the brief arrives.
The work is collector sculpture. The paint carries the feeling. Affiliation is not part of the offer.
No IP claims
Luminary does not sell official D&D or TTRPG merchandise and does not claim partnership with any publisher or studio. Send a design you have the right to commission.
Custom figurines
The custom figurines page is the same rule here: posture, expression, clothing, colors, and details belong to the subject.
Collector display
Each commission is a one-of-one piece. Sculpt, cast, and hand-paint happen in Manila at Luminary Studios PH.
The first useful step is a clear brief through the existing commission form. Scope can become more precise as the work develops.
Include the character sheet or portrait, pose, preferred size, gear and colors, budget range, and deadline. Use the commission form on the homepage.
Agree on the details that must remain faithful and the areas where sculptural interpretation is welcome. Color, silhouette, and expression are decided here.
Sculpt, prepare, paint, and finish the piece around the intended display context. The paint is where the model becomes present.
Use these answers to decide whether the service fits your project. A real quote still needs the brief.
Yes. Character sheets, portraits, and a short note on pose and must-keep details are suitable starting references. Send a design you have the right to commission.
The public guide is about ₱2,000 per inch. That is a guide, not a rate card. Complexity, likeness, gear, and base work change the number. Send the brief for a real quote.
No. This is one-of-one collector work. Luminary does not claim partnership with any publisher or game studio. If you do not have the right to commission the design, do not send it.
Use the commission form on the Luminary homepage. A public reply-within-24h note is already on that page.
